Bodies and organization chart

The bodies of the Consortium are:

the Consortium Members’ Meeting, the Board of Directors, the President of the Consortium and the Board of Statutory Auditors.

CONSORTIUM MEMBERS’ MEETING
The Consortium Members’ Meeting consists of all members of the Consortium and is the sovereign body.
It consists of members in good standing with the payment of their regular annual dues.
Each member who made a production report and/or certification is entitled to one vote and a number of votes calculated based on the amount of product reported and/or certified in the olive-growing season immediately preceding the meeting.
The Consortium Members’ Meeting approves the financial statements, appoints the Board of Directors (67% growers and 33% pressers and bottlers), and the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors oversees the entire management of the Consortium, providing everything necessary for achieving the consortium’s goals.

PRESIDENT
The President is elected by the Board of Directors and is the legal representative of the Consortium.
