Once again DOP Riviera Ligure Olive Oil is in the limelight. This time it will be appearing at “Artigiani in Liguria”, a promotional event dedicated to brands that promote new production areas in the fields of jewellery, ice cream making, bread making and restoration. The event will be held from 11 am to 3 pm on 18 February at Palazzo della Borsa at the Chamber of Commerce in Genoa which is situated in via XX Settembre 44 in the centre of the city. DOP Riviera Ligure Olive Oil will play a vital role: it is not only a product that naturally belongs to the world of artisan skill and expertise, linked to great craftsmanship, but is also a key ingredient in the preparation of ice cream. This means that we now have a DOP Riviera Ligure Extra Virgin Olive Oil based ice cream – yet another interesting use of our versatile DOP olive oil and one it owes to its natural sweetness. To mark the event, videos will be made of five products of excellence including, of course, DOP Riviera Ligure Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
